Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern access to the Exacite website and any product that expressly links to them. Individual products may publish additional product-specific terms; if they conflict, the product-specific terms govern that product.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping authentication methods secure. Do not share accounts or attempt to access another workspace.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use a product to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, abuse external platforms, bypass limits, scrape without authorization, generate deceptive or harmful content, or make high-impact decisions without qualified human review. We may suspend access to protect users, infrastructure, or third parties.

4. AI-assisted output

Some products use machine-generated suggestions. Output may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before use. AI output is not medical, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for prompts, source material, decisions, and published results.

5. Subscriptions and payment

When sales open, Paddle will act as merchant of record and authorized reseller. Checkout will show the product, billing interval, taxes, and total before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the Paddle buyer portal or the account billing screen; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.

6. Licence and ownership

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the subscribed product during the applicable term. We retain rights in the software, interface, and documentation. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us only the rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change features to improve security, lawfulness, or product quality. Material changes affecting paid use will be communicated where required.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected product during the preceding twelve months.

9. Termination

You may stop using a product at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, or legal requirement. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

10. Contact and governing law

Use our contact form for support or legal notices. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
